Privacy Policy

This document explains what data the WatchTalkie application processes, why it is used, and how the user can contact Xloont.

1. Who we are

WatchTalkie is a Wear OS and Android application published by Xloont Inovations.

For privacy-related matters, contact: xloont@gmail.com.

2. Data we collect

When the user chooses Internet talk, the application may process user and installation identifiers such as Firebase UID, publicId, and FCM token.

It may also store the last selected channel, the last paired Bluetooth device address, the last Wi-Fi LAN address used for reconnection, and technical device data such as model and manufacturer.

Voice audio sent over Bluetooth or over the same Wi-Fi network is transmitted directly between the devices. Xloont does not receive, record, or store that local audio.

3. How we use the data

We use this data to identify the device, keep the selected talk channel, reconnect to the last device, unlock Internet talk after a Google Play purchase, and deliver Internet talk events when that channel is used.

The data may also be used for push notification delivery and service continuity on the Internet channel.

4. Data sharing

Internet-channel data is processed using Google Firebase services, including Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, and Firebase Cloud Messaging. Purchases are processed by Google Play Billing.

Xloont does not sell user personal data.

5. Local and remote storage

Channel preferences and the last device used for Bluetooth or Wi-Fi may be stored locally on the watch or phone.

Internet-channel account data may be stored remotely in the WatchTalkie Firebase infrastructure.

6. Retention and deletion

The data is retained for as long as necessary for the application to function or until the user requests account deletion in the WatchTalkie footer.

For questions about deletion or privacy, contact xloont@gmail.com.

7. Security

We adopt reasonable technical measures to protect the data processed by the application. Even so, no system is completely risk-free.

8. Children

The application is not specifically directed to children.

9. Your rights and contact

For questions about privacy, exercising your rights, or requests related to your data, contact xloont@gmail.com.

10. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated periodically. The current version will remain available at this same public URL.
